Armindo Serqueira & Associados was founded by Armindo Serqueira and is based on Avenida das Nações Unidas, in Bissau. Its practice focuses on advising companies, investors and projects active in Guinea-Bissau.
Since 2021, the firm has been the Guinea-Bissau partner of Portuguese law firm Abreu Advogados for its Guinea-Bissau Desk, serving domestic and international clients, with a particular focus on energy, tourism, infrastructure, agribusiness and fisheries.
The firm worked with Abreu Advogados on the legal content of the Guinea-Bissau Investment Guide 2023/2024 published by the Portugal–Guinea-Bissau Chamber of Commerce and Industry, notably the employment chapter.
